Description The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for providing prospective customers with sales demonstrations of our software platform. They would also be on the team involved in the day-to-day efforts of enhancing and supporting the software program. This person will be in charge of the social media marketing for the software. Responsibilities: Interviewing clients to determine their specific pain points and delivering tailored presentations or product demonstrations. Primary owner of daily sales demonstrations using Teams with prospective clients. Keeping up with the marketing for the company. Tracking sales demos for monthly reporting. Requirements 1-3 yrs relevant experience (Sales, Technical Support, Marketing) Exceptional active listening and verbal communication to build quick rapport and trust. Ability to answer questions about a product with confidence Familiarity with CRM products (Zoho) Preferred Qualification and Skills: Microsoft Azure and Agile environment Office Excel
