Location: Blackpole Trading Estate, Worcester
Reports to: Sales Director
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or office-based role.
· Strong communication skills – confident on the phone and in writing.
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
· Proactive and sales-driven mindset with the ability to spot opportunities.
· Competent IT skills – confident using MS Office and CRM/order management systems.
· Experience in the waste/recycling, logistics, or construction sector (desirable, not essential).

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Customer Service / Sales Office Executive to join our team. This is a key role in the business, responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, supporting the sales team, and ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience.
The role combines customer service (inbound enquiries, order processing, account management) with sales support (quoting, upselling, following up on leads, and maintaining customer records).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
· Process skip hire, bin, and waste management orders using our in-house system (Skiptrak).
· Provide quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
· Proactively follow up with customers and leads to generate repeat business.
· Support the sales team with pricing, customer information, and lead management.
· Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in CRM systems.
· Liaise with operations and drivers to ensure smooth delivery of services.
· Handle customer queries, complaints, or service issues promptly and efficiently.
· Identify opportunities to upsell additional services (bins, larger skips, total waste solutions).
· Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and office processes.
