JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the contracts you get on board. You will be first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while also driving sales through to completion of the project. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A drive for achieving results and a passion for helping customers.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software relevant to customer management.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and foster positive relationships with customers.
