Job Description:
We’re looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our International Sales team at AXA – Global Healthcare. You’ll be responsible for converting warm leads, by making contact on behalf of our Sales team via phone and email. This is a progressive role with an aim of inspiring someone to move to a complete Sales role across our Global Sales teams, earning up to £45,000 per year.
This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in joining a fast-paced Sales team, with the opportunity to potentially develop your career, whether it be in New Business Sales, Client Management, Account Management, Business Development, or other Sales Roles. We’ll work with you to develop your skills and learn across several departments.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. Please note working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am and 5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Connecting customers with the appropriate sales departments within AXA – Global Healthcare (AGH), enabling our driven sales team to convert these opportunities to sales.
  • Offer global health insurance policies, gaining exposure to our growing global market and being supported every step of the way.
  • Be responsible for lead generation through following up warm leads.
  • Outbound calling warm leads as well as email correspondence on a daily basis to ensure the customer is directed to the correct team.
  • Use your excellent communication skills to understand the customer’s needs, actively listening and questioning whilst building rapport. There is a great atmosphere within our small team that motivates and supports each other to hit targets.
