We’re looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented Customer Sales Representative to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers—resolving issues, answering questions, and creating positive experiences that strengthen customer loyalty.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be working on behalf of well-known clients in the telecommunications and technology sector, helping to bridge the gap between customer needs and business solutions. Whether you’re assisting with account questions, explaining product features, completing a sales in our POS system, or troubleshooting concerns, your ability to communicate with clarity and empathy will be key to your success.

Customer Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and assist customers with billing questions, product information, service upgrades, account changes, and general troubleshooting throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using internal systems.
  • As a Customer Sales Representative, you will collaborate with team members and managers to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Follow company guidelines and compliance standards to protect customer privacy and ensure ethical conduct.
  • Support customer retention efforts by building trust and providing consistent follow-up when necessary.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace culture by bringing energy, accountability, and initiative each day.

What We’re Looking For in a Customer Sales Representative:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or a similar field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A friendly, empathetic personality with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, or other customer service and sales platforms.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if required.
