Description

OVERVIEW:

Flair Cake Boutique is looking for a friendly and competent Customer Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking to customers via our social media channels and over the phone to attend to their order requirements, provide excellent customer service, build relationships, update customers on their order tracking, follow up post-event for feedback, help arrange deliveries, boxing, and handle other administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
  • Competent communicator with the ability to translate customer order details clearly
  • Bubbly, friendly, and able to work well as part of a team
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the cake industry or a passion for baking is a bonus
    Interviews are scheduled for August 16th and 17th, and any candidates who progress to this stage should ensure they are available on these dates.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via social media channels and phone to attend to their order requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
  • Update customers on the tracking of their order when it’s out for delivery
  • Make follow-up calls after the event to gather feedback and encourage positive reviews
  • Help arrange deliveries, boxing, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Clearly communicate customer order details to the chefs
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process
