The successful candidate will be self-driven and motivated to succeed, they will use all Midas core process's and policies and value integrity and honesty over everything else. Responsibilities; Act as an excellent customer service ambassador by increasing customer loyalty, being the face of the company, greeting all customers, meeting their needs and performing high quality sales. Perform sales through continuously creating sale opportunities to reach goals; such as, giving our customers advice on products and services or utilizing promotions. Ensure that communication between the customer and all post-sales follow-ups are met and up to date; such as, delivery status and deadlines. Participate in inventory management and receiving goods. Ensure that the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store are met at all times. Bonus' are paid biweekly based on sales performance. Duties; The Customer Sales Representative drives optimization of the shop’s retail sales and profitability while delivering superior customer service, including: Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers Deliver superior customer service while listening and consulting customers Contributing to the effectiveness of peers to promote success Increase and optimize retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding shop objectives and goals Maximize the safety and well-being of the shop employees and to be a good corporate citizen in the communities within which the shop operates Qualifications; General automotive knowledge 1 year experience in the automotive industry Excellent customer service skills Good communication skills Team-building skills Valid driver’s license Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
