In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns Source parts from suppliers nationwide Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers Assemble hoses for walk-in customers Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed Qualifications & Skills: 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required. Hydraulic experience preferred High school diploma, GED or equivalent required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities

The representative will partner with customers and the outside sales team to find products, solve needs, and build business relationships by handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders and returns. This role also involves sourcing parts from suppliers, assisting in sales generation through upselling, and performing physical tasks like assembling hoses and assisting in the stockroom.
