Your Focus
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting sales and operations in a creative industry? Join our team as a Customer & Sales Service Coordinator and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence in the world of fragrances.

How You Will Contribute

• Provide backup support for fragrance order entry for Singapore & Malaysia customers
• Assist with AR payment follow-ups when needed
• Managing fragrance collections on digital platform.
• Support Project Management, coordination, regulatory compliance and data maintenance.
• Handle sample and document requests for customers and distributors
• Quotations and pricing updates.
• Support to maintain Sales Forecast and Budgeting process.
• Participation in organizing customer workshops and visits
• Support marketing and submission presentations for T4-T6 accounts.
• Provide Market expertise and intelligence for all categories.
• Responsible to update market products portfolio.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Degree in Business Studies related field
• A knack for multitasking and staying organized in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or supply chain is a plus
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in the fragrance, beauty, or ingredients industry
