    This locally established wine merchant is looking for a confident communicator to join their friendly team. You’ll process orders, manage customer accounts, and support the sales team - all while keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process orders, invoices, and payments
  • Chat with customers via phone & email—solving problems and keeping them smiling
  • Manage a portfolio of 25-30 accounts
  • Keep pricing, menus & wine lists up to date
  • Handle admin tasks like invoicing, reporting & office supplies
  • Work with designers on marketing materials
  • Help the team with anything they need

What We’re Looking For:

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
  • A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver (bonus points if you know your way around a wine list—if not, they’ll teach you!)
