JOB DESCRIPTION
Swatch Group (U.S.) Inc. is looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual with a passion for providing excellent Customer Service and support to our various watch brands such as Omega, Tissot, Longines, Hamilton, and Swatch. This is not your traditional high volume call center environment. This position varies and involves working with our internal brands, distribution facilities and our customers. Normal working hours will be from 9:00am – 6:00pm or 10am - 7pm, Monday through Friday. We are looking for somebody who has flexibility to work additional hours if needed during our high seasons.
