What do you get to do in this position • Ensure action plans for compliance to quality indicators: MDR, FFR, Scrap, DCR's, etc. • Coordination and Development of Quality Assurance Engineers, technicians and quality inspectors. • Ensure compliance with our integrated management system. • Manage the training process for the quality and compliance area or technical competencies according to Quality strategy (Pheonix). • Ensure compliance with process strengthening strategy to address high severities of our FMEA's. • Support and direction to UL loss resolution. • Coach for documentation of 8D's, deviations, FMEA's, 6sigma projects. • Ensure action plans for compliance to quality indicators: MDR's, FFR's, Scrap, DCR's, etc. • Communication with Line of business and Safety committee in critical issues of product performance (quality). This job might be for you if You fit the following Requirements: Qualifications: • Professional career in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanical or Mechatronics. • Strong in Leadership, analysis, decision making, good collaboration, negotiation. • Advanced management of Management System, FMEA, 8D's, Control plans, PPEP, Process Control (CP, CPK, etc), Corrective Actions, etc. • At least 3 years of proven experience in managing technical and engineering staff is a must. • Advanced English level, conversational and technical (oral and written). • Experience as a facilitator of improvement projects and events (RPN's reduction, scrap, FPY improvement, etc). • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), problem solving, decision making, project management and effective presentations. • Experience in customer management • Statistical technical knowledge mandatory, Green belt/black belt preferred. • Management of Quality Management Systems (lead auditor preferred) We seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective and challenging the status quo.
