Main responsibilities Handle and resolve customer inquiries (technical issues, cancellations, refunds, app support, etc.) Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions Escalate issues and report bugs or trends to relevant teams Process refunds and check payment statuses according to policy Follow internal guidelines while suggesting process improvements Support users with app features and promote Premium when appropriate Requirements Excellent command of English and one of the following languages: Turkish, German, Polish, or French 1+ year experience in customer service Strong written communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes Empathy, customer focus, and proactive attitude Typing speed of at least 35 WPM Interest in digital products and apps Zendesk experience is a plus About us Dear recruiters there is no need to edit this.
