We are looking for a customer service operation representative with broad Order Management knowledge, skill and solid experience with industry standard technologies to join us. Responsibilities Job Description · Back office end to end Order Management support · Manage Order Management end to end processes from order booking to shipment and invoicing · Validate and ensure adherence to Corporate Order Acceptance Policy, standard terms and condition and export administration requirement. Review PO/contract and ensure proper approvals for any non-standard or specially negotiated terms and conditions, and ensure supporting document is in order. · Work with CCC front office and cross-functional teams e.g. sales. OF team, logistics, service delivery, collection/credit and global trade team to meet committed delivery date and customer’s special delivery requirement · Align with business growth initiatives and support management on revenue plan · Be always updated with new process and procedure, proactively review the business process and look for improvement opportunities and deliver breakthrough ideas that contributes to customer satisfaction and operation excellence · Get involve in training / mentorship and projects when necessary Qualifications · Bachelors Degree or University Degree or equivalent · Able to read, write and communicate in Chinese language (for China market) · Preferred 2-3 years relevant working experience · Practical experience in Oracle / Salesforce and / or Order Management business function knowledge experience will be added advantages · Positive attitude, fast learning, flexible and able to perform in challenging environment Careers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
