Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm. (with a degree of flexibility for the right candidate)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and will play a crucial role in supporting our account management efforts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service and support. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service, sales or account management role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Inputting daily orders onto the Road Runner transport management system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and providing updates on delivery status.
  • Associated administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the other departments to develop strategies for process improvement, and client retention and satisfaction.
  • Prepare error reports and communicate to stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
  • Using strong problem solving skills you will manage client information and identify and rectify errors.
