We’re seeking an experienced, hard-working Customer Service and Accounts Assistant to help our customers with any questions or concerns they may have. The successful candidate should also be able to assume basic accounts responsibilities. The right candidate will be committed to creating a positive experience for our customers and can handle a hectic work schedule while effectively managing multiple tasks. An individual with previous customer service and Accounts experience and strong communication skills is the ideal candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers by explaining product features and benefits.
  • Solve customer issues.
  • Maintain a positive company image.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Update customer records.
  • Answer inbound calls from customers.
  • Take live calls from customers through the phone, internet, or web chat service.
  • Support Accounts team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
