Customer Service & Admin Assistant (27.5 hours/week – School Hours)
Location: Poole
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm (27.5 hours/week)

Naturally Balmy is a fast-growing natural skincare manufacturer looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join our small, passionate team. This is a varied, customer-focused role supporting our compliance, operations, and sales teams — ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and keeping things organised behind the scenes.
This is a school-hours-friendly role, offering a consistent weekday schedule with the chance to grow in a supportive and purpose-led business.
Your Role Will Include:

· Customer Service & Admin (Main Focus)

  • Responding to customer enquiries by email (order queries, CPSR updates, product info)
  • Answering phones and routing queries to the relevant team member
  • Uploading customer documents to our systems and keeping records tidy
  • Booking couriers and managing basic delivery-related admin
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day admin and client coordination

· Compliance & Assessment Support

  • Formatting and uploading CPSR and other compliance documentation (training provided)
  • Helping with document edits (MSDS, INCI lists, file templates)
  • Liaising with clients on simple compliance queries and document submissions
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member

· Light Warehouse Support (Occasional)

  • Helping with filling large orders during busy periods
  • Booking post or couriers when required

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are confident on email and phone, and happy to talk to customers professionally
  • Enjoy admin and are comfortable using online systems (training provided)
  • Are detail-oriented and take pride in accurate, thorough work
