Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. The Customer Service Admin Coordinator is the main contact and support person for the Customer Service Warranty team. The coordinator will work closely with the Warranty team to support investigation, resolution and coordination of warranty related repairs -including but not limited to documentation, communication and scheduling. Our ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and able to work with a sense of urgency while remaining positive and maintaining accuracy through daily processes. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws.
