REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recent graduate, holding 485 visa, can work Monday to Friday.
  • Good communication skills
  • Have excellent computer skills
  • Have pervious work experience is an advantage
  • Have your own vehicle is an advantage
  • MUST be fluent in both English and Mandarin
    Additional Benefit: Company is eligible to provide VISA sponsorship for the employee who has a good performance.
    Job Types: Permanent
    Salary: 1st 3 month is probation and salary is 32 per hour(casual, full time working hour). After probation, salary will be $55000-$62000, full time.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently looking for a Customer Service/HR Assistant graduate student who can speak both English and Mandarin, (please do not send us resume if you are not able to meet the language requirements) for a fast-paced plastics manufacturing company for our NSW site office.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Payroll time keeping support
  • HR Assistant
  • Policy documentation, comprehension checked and follow up for signatures
  • UKG account creation, updates forms, face scans,
  • Backup staffing arrangements
  • Double check the remote customer service works (administrative oversight)
  • Customer service admin
