Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in-person with professionalism and enthusiasm. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for moving services to ensure timely execution. Assist in preparing quotes and estimates for potential clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. Support marketing efforts by promoting services and gathering customer feedback. Perform general administrative tasks to maintain an organized office environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the moving industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. Quickbooks Online experience is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
