TIME ASSISTANT – GLASGOW CITY CENTRE (G2)

Salary: £23,000 per year (Permanent, Full-Time)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no evenings or weekends)

We’re a friendly, close-knit team based in Glasgow city centre, and we’re looking for someone organised, personable, and confident to join us.
The Role

This is a varied role where you’ll balance customer service with admin support:

  • Answering calls for small businesses – acting as their receptionist and giving a professional first impression (full training provided)
  • Handling client enquiries via phone and email
  • Supporting clients with day-to-day admin such as preparing documents, managing records, and processing invoices
  • Helping with a wide range of business support tasks — no two days are the same!
  • General office duties including filing, scanning, and printing

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly and confident on the phone
  • Organised, with a good eye for detail
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
  • A team player, but also comfortable working independently once trained
  • Previous admin or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential — we’ll train you)
  • Someone who enjoys variety and supporting small businesses
