Customer Service & Admin Officer
Are you an experienced Customer Service & Admin Officer looking for a diverse and flexible role? Join our well-established, family-run building supplier business in Underwood. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to be the backbone of our daily operations.
This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role from 8 am to 4 pm, with some flexibility available. You’ll enjoy a supportive team environment, an autonomous position, and the chance to truly make the role your own.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering phone and email enquiries.
* Processing customer orders and payments.
* Managing supplier invoicing and account reconciliation.
* Preparing quotes for customers.
* Handling daily organisational tasks.
* Occasionally packing screws for orders.
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Prior administrative experience.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and great time management.
* The ability to take initiative and learn quickly.
* Experience with Microsoft Office is a must; knowledge of Quotient and Xero is a bonus.
The salary for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000.
