As a Customer Service and Administrator, you’ll be responsible for creating an engaging, fun, and innovative customer experience across our range of online brands. Our brand portfolio includes; Super Socks, Dogsy, Meowie, Air Bod, Snugzy, & Nifty Gifty.

JOB ROLE

  • Talking directly with our customers, understanding what they need and want
  • Responding and delivering excellent customer service across live chat, email, or phone
  • Working with the team to develop and optimise the customer experience across all our brands.
  • Uploading products to our websites
  • Managing product imagery and copy across all our websites
  • Fulfilling our customer service process and ensuring that standards are maintained
  • Delivering feedback or complaints procedures
  • Answering FAQs for customers
  • Helping out on despatch from time to time
