Description

Roberts Designs has a rewarding and varied opportunity for a full time Customer Service/Admin Officer to join their team based in Carrum Downs. We are willing to look at part time or school hours for the right applicant.
Your main objective is providing excellent customer service to our customers and managing order processing activities and respond and investigate all queries in a professional and responsible manner.

In this role, some of your day to day activities will include:

  • Respond to all enquiries and orders received by email and telephone
  • Assist customers with enquiries
  • Enter all orders accurately
  • Answering all incoming phone calls
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Invoicing
  • Receipting payments

About you:

  • Enjoy working in a busy team environment
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft and MYOB
  • A strong customer focus and professional phone manner
  • A high attention to detail and the desire for accuracy and quality
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Possess attributes of good character, diligence, honesty, integrity and judgement
