In this role, you’ll support our sales and project teams, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service that reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Handling Sales Enquiries: Be the first point of contact for customer calls, managing and tracking leads in our CRM system.
  • Partner Registration: Verify and maintain installer qualifications and insurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Managing Project Information: Collect all necessary project documentation, ensuring everything is in order.
  • Issuing Sales Quotations: Prepare and send accurate sales quotes to customers using our CRM templates.
  • Supporting Marketing Efforts: Assist in gathering customer testimonials and reviews for use in marketing campaigns.
  • Facilitating Sales Handover: Ensure a smooth transition from sales to project teams, providing additional customer support as needed.
  • Responding to Customer Queries: Manage and resolve customer enquiries, both before and after the sale.
