Responsibilities
  • Delivering a consistent first-class enquiry service in a target driven environment.
  • Responding to a high volume of enquiries through multiple platforms to meet team/department targets.
  • Taking ownership of resolving enquiries to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Making outbound calls to customers to chase outstanding documents/information.
  • Contributing to and maintaining an effective knowledge bank of enquiries.
  • Producing letters regarding customer status.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments.
