Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor to maximise resource utilisation
  • Ensuring tasks meet cost, time and quality standards
  • Promoting safe working practices aligned with company policies
  • Responding to service enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Creating accurate work orders for maintenance teams and liaising with Planning

This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 weeks in Faslane, 1 week in Coulport and 1 week working from home.
