Britton Price Lifts is a leading company specialising in the care sector. With a strong commitment to providing an outstanding service, we are dedicated to ensuring the safety, reliability, and functionality of our client’s lifts.
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support the Service Desk team, based at our Bromyard office.
You will be joining a small, friendly team who strive to deliver excellent customer service. Our working hours are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, we finish at 16:15 on Friday.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE THAT ARE NEEDED FOR THIS JOB

  • Able to interact with a wide range of people
  • Ability to multi-task whilst demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
  • Be able to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls, entering information onto the system and sharing with team members via Teams
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Booking in service appointments with sites
  • Uploading compliance documents to customer portals
  • Updating live spreadsheets
  • Additional administration duties when required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have good IT Skills (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage
