Due to further expansion of the company, we are looking for an additional Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate will be a result focused individual with great attention to detail. The role is all about providing an excellent customer experience, maintaining and reviewing existing relationships in an ever-shifting marketplace. This role also provides a great understanding of the business and the opportunity to progress into more specialist roles of the business over time is likely.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing our customers as the first point of contact when they contact Chicken CycleKit via email, online messaging or telephone
  • Checking and processing orders
  • Advising customers on their requirements, informing them about unique offers, promotions and new exciting products that could be of interest to them
  • Processing customer payments
  • Aid with all aspects of sales office administration, including our computer system, CRM system, notification of website updates etc. and anything that eases general office efficiency
  • Help execute Chicken CycleKit’s sales and service initiatives, closely aligned with our company goals to reach and surpass our targets for revenue and profitability

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • 1 year experience in administration
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude and desire to roll up the sleeves when necessary to get the job done
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • A keen cyclist or experience of working with bicycles

Salary is dependent on experience and is open to discussion.
