Responsibilities

Being on the phones daily, talking to customers, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
Greeting customers and other stakeholders who come to the site for meetings
Managing invoices and entering processing claims like a pro, ensuring everything runs like clockwork
Preparing sales orders, liaising with customers regarding the deliveries, making their heads spin with your great customer service skills
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, processing credit card payments and receipting all incoming goods like an extraordinaire
Assisting in organising team events, safety committee meetings, analyse monthly stocktake figures, input daily production data to make sure the team stays on course
Being the go-to person for all things administrative
