Dex Group is an established Promotional Product supplier servicing promotional distributors across Australia, New Zealand, and USA. We pride ourselves on quality customer service, speedy delivery, and high-quality products. We are currently looking to hire a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team based in Dandenong South, Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the office manager, the successful candidate will day-to-day work closely with our distributor clients, process orders, provide quotes and build business relationships between our clients and in-house production team. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Communicate effectively over the phone and through email to clients
· Communicate effectively with in-house production team
· Processing client orders and sample requests
· Processing product and shipping quotes and enquiries
· Building and managing business relationships with both clients and staff
· Collecting and providing feedback from clients to management
· Use initiative to find client-driven solutions
· Promoting new products and offering alternative suggestions to clients
· General data entry and other administrative duties
