Real Recruitment is excited to be working on behalf of our client to recruit a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their Dutch Bilingual Customer Service team on a full time, permanent basis, with fully remote or hybrid options considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking B2B clients. Your key duties will include handling inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email - This opportunity holds high quality standards as you will be working within the financial services sector.

  • Handle customer service queries from Dutch-speaking clients via telephone and email
  • Complaints resolution.
  • Data-Entry - Log and maintain accurate customer records
  • Arrange and process payments for clients
  • Translate documents and correspondence as required
  • Meet productivity targets, supporting the team to achieve business goals
  • Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and underwriter standards.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
