Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external queries, handling everything from day-to-day orders to complaint resolution. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to service excellence will directly support healthcare operations across the region.

ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL DUTIES

  • Accurately record and process customer orders via phone or email.
