Role Overview Join our dynamic and supportive team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers across the EMEA region. In this position, you’ll work closely with colleagues across Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Order Management, helping keep our processes running efficiently and our customers satisfied. We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working with a variety of tasks, and contributing to a collaborative and friendly work environment.   Key Responsibilities * Register and manage service orders based on customer requests * Update and maintain service information for specific customers * Process service and sales order confirmations * Handle sales order registrations * Support Customer Service teams across multiple sites * Oversee order management from start to finish * Assist with logistics- and finance‑related inquiries * Update customer information in the ERP system * Register non‑compliance issues in the quality system * Process invoices and credit notes when required   Authority * Register RMAs and customer orders * Perform invoicing when applicable   Experience & Skills Experience * 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service (preferred) * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English * Solid Microsoft Office skills * Additional languages are considered a plus Personal Qualities We’re looking for someone who is: * Accurate, structured, and reliable * Detail‑oriented * Independent yet collaborative * Flexible, positive, and proactive * Curious and social, with a genuine desire to learn and support others Fortive Corporation Overview Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
