Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In this role, you are responsible for the administrative processing of customer orders, returns, and invoicing. You will ensure that the entire order process – from receipt to invoice – runs smoothly and accurately. You’ll work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Logistics, and communicate with our French- or German-speaking customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Entering and tracking customer orders and returns in SAP (including credit and debit memos);
  • Ensuring timely and correct invoicing;
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in order and invoice status;
  • Coordinating with internal departments on deliveries and customer inquiries;
  • Supporting internal audits and quality and compliance processes;
  • Written and phone communication with customers.
