JOB OVERVIEW

Holemaker Technology is a smaller family-owned company started in 2013. We have been growing quickly and are looking to increase our internal customer service and sales team.
It is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic team with a strong focus on constant training, development, and future progression
This is an office-based customer service role. You will be the first point of contact for anyone emailing or phoning us and will be responsible for maintaining and improving our high customer satisfaction rate. The primary role will be reactive sales and customer service, with the additional requirement of proactively phoning and following up customers and supporting our external sales team to help hit sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fast and efficient – ability to enter orders, system information and work quickly
  • Ability to multi-task and manage varied workload at short notice
  • Ability to manage stress and remain calm under pressure
  • Thrive off customer interaction
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook and computer systems
  • Willing attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role

Responsibilities
  • 1st line phone answering
  • Processing orders, quotes and enquiries from customers over phone and email
  • Assisting customers with queries and problems
  • Processing returns, credits and other administrative tasks
  • Assisting customers with basic product questions
  • Identifying and assigning new leads and opportunities
  • Engage in proactive sales work, such as phoning customers and following up quotes and inquiries
  • Working with and supporting our external sales team
