Description

Our client based in West Swindon are recruiting a Reception/Customer Services Administrator to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to support all visitors to the site, overseeing the digital online store and offering administrative support to all internal staff as required.
A varied and busy role offering growth and development for the right candidate.
100% office based

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A friendly and professional manner with a happy to help attitude are needed for this role as well as strong office-based customer service and administration experience.
  • Some knowledge of the print industry or online stores would be advantageous, but training will be given.

IN RETURN:

  • Salary up to £28K
  • 40hrs per week Monday-Friday
  • 23 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays
  • 100% Office Based (Swindon)
  • Company Pension (3% ER / 5% EE)

  • Taking and re-directing all incoming calls to the business
  • Greeting all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Supporting the team with customer service to include taking, processing orders as well as any customer order queries
  • Once trained the role will also involve overseeing the companies digital online store, this will include, processing orders, updating product lines.
  • Any other administrative tasks that may arise
