JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Cobalt Business Park (Hybrid working available)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: up to £24,500
A highly reputable company are looking for a proactive and organised customer service administrator to manage and support the compliance process for our external service providers. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring providers meet contractual obligations, delivering training when needed, and fostering positive working relationships across departments.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written
  • Competent in using IT systems, including databases and spreadsheets
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Comfortable mentoring or supporting colleagues or providers when needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working with suppliers or third-party service providers
  • Confident using workplace IT systems and tools
Responsibilities
  • Liaise with external providers to manage and monitor compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
  • Clearly explain compliance expectations and the importance of meeting agreed terms.
  • Provide guidance or training to providers on terms, conditions, and processes where necessary.
  • Keep internal stakeholders updated on provider performance and compliance status.
  • Produce monthly compliance and performance reports for management review.
  • Deliver high-quality support and communication
  • Encourage providers to meet agreed timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain and regularly update the provider database with relevant information.
  • Respond to queries from providers regarding contracts, rates, or general issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including Information Security and Health & Safety.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the wider team or evolving business needs.
