REQUIREMENTS.

Candidates must:

  • Be able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
  • Be able to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be an extremely confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
  • Be proficient with the use of a PC - in particular Microsoft Excel, Order Management Systems (OMS), and similar software.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, and possess great time management skills.
  • Have at least 1 years’ experience working in an office environment performing operational/administrative/customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting office-based role suitable for someone with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Based in our fast-paced Customer Service / Administration team, the ideal candidate will enjoy a challenge, and will take responsibility for responding to product and fulfilment enquiries from our customers and retail partners across multiple channels – via telephone and/or email.
To perform well in this role the ideal candidate will be comfortable working with IT / CRM systems and required to learn about our product ranges and home textiles in general. They will also be expected to complete operational & administrative tasks to ensure all orders are processed accurately and on-time.
