This is an exciting office-based role suitable for someone with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Based in our fast-paced Customer Service / Administration team, the ideal candidate will enjoy a challenge, and will take responsibility for responding to product and fulfilment enquiries from our customers and retail partners across multiple channels – via telephone and/or email.
To perform well in this role the ideal candidate will be comfortable working with IT / CRM systems and required to learn about our product ranges and home textiles in general. They will also be expected to complete operational & administrative tasks to ensure all orders are processed accurately and on-time.
