DETAILS OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • £25,396.80
  • 8.30AM - 5.15PM (Monday - Friday)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR?

  • Processing orders that come through via the website.
  • Send confirmation emails to confirm orders.
  • Handle customer queries.
  • Making suggestions for alternative products if items are out of stock.
