About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to be the focal point for our customer base, managing support tickets, calls, and resolutions via the Freshdesk software platform. This role is vital in ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the smooth running of operations. The position will be between October and February with the potential for permanence based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer support tickets and enquiries.
- Communicate with customers via telephone in a professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate data in Freshdesk.
- Monitor and oversee customer service level metrics.
- Make key decisions and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
- Coordinate internal and external support services.
- Produce system reports and data analysis.
- Ensure timely resolution of all customer service queries.

- Strong customer care skills with the ability to deliver excellent service.
- Ability to listen, understand, and interpret customer requirements.
- Knowledge of company services and ability to align them with customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Experience with CRM software systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Well organised with excellent time management.
- Full UK driving licence – travel to other sites may be required.
