Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be at the heart of tuck.’s day-to-day operations, providing top-notch support to our customers while also assisting the founders with key administrative tasks. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership in a dynamic startup environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues, escalate technical problems, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain and update a knowledge base/FAQ for common customer queries.
  • Provide proactive support to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Founder Support & Admin

  • Work directly with the founders on daily tasks, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and keeping detailed notes.
  • Handle calls, emails, and coordination with vendors, suppliers, and partner brands.
  • Support operational projects, including reporting, data entry, and process improvements.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and other ad-hoc initiatives.
