An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join the Estates & Facilities Directorate at the University of Wolverhampton.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join the Estates & Facilities Directorate at the University of Wolverhampton. You will work within the Business Support section and be responsible for the administration of the human resources aspects for the directorate.

Responsibilities
  • You will be required to raise any necessary paperwork for the recruitment of staff and prepare the induction paperwork for new starters.
  • Assist with the monitoring of absence monitoring policy and liaise with the relevant line managers regarding the follow up actions.
  • Update various databases to record, monitor and evaluate services within the directorate
  • Knowledge of GDPR and have the implications of this in the work environment.

    To be successful in this role you will need

  • Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with other members of staff

  • Excellent IT skills to be able to use all Microsoft packages and other IT packages
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and also work as part of a team
  • Work closely with the University HR Business Partners
  • Be able to commit to working at the other campuses to provide support to the Facilities teams.
