Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and staff—handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the operations and recruitment teams.
  • Schedule and confirm shifts, interviews, and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases with client and staff information.
  • Assist with compliance checks, including document collection and verification.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues and escalating where necessary.
