Compu-Med is a 34 years old vocational school. We pride ourselves on providing low cost, quality education. We are building a new Admissions team to help students in their future with CMVC.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for the recruitment and management of the enrollment process for new online students into Compu-Med. This position requires a great deal of organization and the ability to work with a large group of people. The ADOA serves as a representative of the school.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 1 years of sales or related experience with a proven track record of success (i.e. Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Hospitality etc.)
· Excellent communication skills
· Relates well with others, ability to build great rapports
· Requires persistence combined with a positive attitude and approach to work and others
· Self-motivating work style
· Ability to work well in a fast paced, results driven environment
· Dynamic, outgoing and positive with a strong focus on exceptional customer service

· Entering & controlling the leads into the Verity Student Information System
· Heavy outbound prospecting to company and self-generated inquiries.
· Conduct telephone and in-person interviews with prospective students.
· Evaluate the prospective student’s needs, interests and qualifications to help the prospective student make an informed decision to attend or not attend the college
· Present information regarding the school’s programs and tuition in a factual and ethical manner
· Complete enrollment paperwork and assist students with orientation
· Remain in contact with students throughout their program in order to assist them in becoming successful graduates
· Uphold all college policies, procedures, and ethical standards with integrity
· Attend initial and weekly training meeting to develop admissions skills, retention techniques, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements
· Act as a liaison with school departments to facilitate the best student experience
· Participation in college sponsored events and activities.
· Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned.
