We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join our growing team who can help support the Vulnerability Initiative (www.thevulnerabilityinitiative.org). The service helps to triage and support vulnerable residents and direct them to the relevant support partner service.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

This role works within a supportive resident call centre, handling predominantly outbound member support calls and a small number of inbound calls to assist households in accessing the support they need. From navigating government funding schemes to resolving inquiries about energy efficiency and home improvements, you’ll play a crucial part in helping those most in need.
- Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Make outbound calls to residents, offering personalized advice on available support.
- Update customer records using our CRM system.
- Prospect for new residents who may benefit from our services.
- Follow legally compliant scripts to ensure residents receive accurate and helpful information.
