YOUR ROLE:
This role works within a supportive resident call centre, handling predominantly outbound member support calls and a small number of inbound calls to assist households in accessing the support they need. From navigating government funding schemes to resolving inquiries about energy efficiency and home improvements, you’ll play a crucial part in helping those most in need.
- Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Make outbound calls to residents, offering personalized advice on available support.
- Update customer records using our CRM system.
- Prospect for new residents who may benefit from our services.
- Follow legally compliant scripts to ensure residents receive accurate and helpful information.
