PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND PROMOTION:

  • Educate customers about the bank’s products and services, including savings accounts, loans, mortgages, and investment options.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services based on customer needs, contributing to branch sales targets.
  • Distribute promotional materials and inform customers about current offers and campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Educational Requirements: Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required; further education in business or finance is advantageous.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a retail environment is preferred, with experience in the banking or financial services sector being an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Experience with banking software or CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) Exams: The successful candidate will need to commit to achieving the QFA designation within 4 years of joining the firm. The business will support the successful candidate financially with study time and exam costs, subject to company policies..

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, based on branch operating hours.
