You will join our client, which specializes in providing a wide range of knowledge-intensive customer support services. Operating from four locations in the Benelux, the company handles several million customer contacts per year (both B2B and B2C).
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via various channels such as phone, email, chat, text, and social media. You will provide advice tailored to their needs and ensure their satisfaction by handling their inquiries and requests efficiently and effectively. Your main responsibility is to be a calm rock in the surf, a beacon of knowledge and friendliness for our customers. You will also handle administration tasks and make suggestions to the customer for a better or more complete service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
As our ideal candidate, you are fluent in Norwegian or Danish or Finnish and have a good command of English for internal communication, communication with our customer, and training purposes. You have a customer-oriented mindset and are able to handle stress well while working in a team. You are quick to learn, procedure-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. Additionally, you have excellent administration skills, including writing without spelling mistakes. You are proactive in making suggestions to the customer for a better or more complete service. You are also fluent in working with computers.
