An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s leading providers of pet cremation services. Based at The Pet Crematorium Durham we are now looking for an empathetic and enthusiastic individual to join our experienced team as an Aftercare Advisor.
No experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support, we want to hear from you if you have:

Our Aftercare Advisors play a vital role for our owners in our pet cremation service. You will be working in our crematorium liaising with customers and clients. You will be supporting bereaved and sometimes upset owners get through the toughest experience a pet owner can go through, providing that much needed friendly and empathetic face to help them make the right choices for them.
What will you be doing?
This role is varied, working by yourself as well as part of the team, you will be working 37.5 hours a week and there will be a requirement to cover the on-call service on a rota system. Further details of the rota will be discussed at the interview.
