Aqua Cure Group, a leading company in the Water Treatment industry, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and guidance. Additionally, you will process orders, create invoices, and maintain customer records in our database. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, who is able to effectively communicate with customers and internal team members. You should have a friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine desire to assist customers and provide excellent service. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have good problem-solving skills, as you will often be faced with customer issues and will need to find appropriate solutions.
